MyClinicAssist was founded in 2021 by Sam Westbrook and Dr. Manoj Abraham while running an Optometry clinic in Dallas, Texas. We experienced firsthand the massive amount of customer service and clerical work it takes to run an effective, profitable, and highly reviewed Optometry clinic, so we made it our mission to focus on process improvement and revenue optimizations to make the clinic the best it could be.
After perfecting our own clinic, we set out to take our processes and policies and offer them to fellow clinicians.
